1992 :

• Established in September 21, 2 MB capital

 

2004 :

• Increased capital to 120 MB
• Converted into a public limited company and changed its par value from 100 Baht to 1 Baht and increased its registered capital from 120 MB to 160 MB

 

2005 :

• Accredited with ISO 9001: 2000

 

2006 :

• Accredited with ISO 9001: 2000
• Revenue from sales on both businesses has grown continuously that a new warehouse built at Salaya and office building in Thewes scheduled to be completed in 2007
• Company purchased a piece of land in Chonburi for future expansion

 

2007 :

• Invested in 2 companies: Siam President & International Co., Ltd. and Lotus Links Co., Ltd.
• The company is appointed to be sole agent for Kiswel from Malaysia and South Korea

 

2008 :

• Siam President & International Co., Ltd. increased the registered capital to 10 million baht

 

2009 :

• Accredited with ISO 9001: 2008
• Earn the honor "Best Company Award on Labor Relation and Welfare annual 2009"
• Increase distributor welding brand TIANJIN RRIDGE & K-WELD which are premium grade for industrial usage
• Award White License Plate Auction from Department of Land Transport for license plate usage on 2009

 

2010 :

• Earn the second honor "Best Company Award on Labor Relation and Welfare annual 2010"
• Increase and enhance sales operation and customer service by started CRM (Customer relation management) and WMS (Warehouse management system) for warehouse operation
• KISWEL's Board of Director honored to join lecturer in the training Career. International professional industry technicians course  (Welding Repairs of Cast Iron)
• Increase distributor welding machine brand K-WELD
• Signed on credit facilities to support flow on business with TMB

 

2011 :

• PPM importing the equipment for support the construction industry by the quality of both aluminum sheet and coil of K-Roof's brand to meet the needs of customers who want to save the cost of raw materials and the environment
• PPM has been sected to receive the award. "Outstanding establishment. Labour and Welfare for the year 2011 " is the third consecutive year by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare. Ministry of Labour

 

2012 :

• PPM has been  selected to receive the award. "Outstanding establishment. Labour and Welfare for the year 2012 " is the fourth consecutive year
• The aluminum sheet K-ROOF has been approved certificate by the University of Technology Thonburi and King Mongkut's University.
• PPM has signed MOU of the Joint Venture for Aluminium Color Coating Plant with Changshu Kaidi Decoration Material Co., Ltd. In order to meet the market demand increasing
• The meeting of the board of directors has approved for the construction new building community mall in project "The Salaya".  The approximately amount of the project is 185 MB.

 

2013 :

• The meeting of the board of directors has approved for investment in a newly established subsidiary in the name "Premium Flexible Packaging Co., Ltd." where to carry on the business of production and distribution about flexible packaging
